Day 1

(Let's make this happen, people.)

WEIGHT: 182.2

Breakfast:
2 eggs - fried. Water. Green tea. Ate at Roxy with JJ. This is when I usually eat 1300 calories. So, yay for self control.

At home, still hungry, I ate:
1/2 cup mueslix (Bob's Red Mill)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup almond milk, vanilla
1 lysine
2 fish oil tablets
water

Next up, I need to nap (very tired. Up til 1:00am shopping online. Thinking a $940 Tom Binns necklace would be a good idea. Drank a little too much red wine last night because now I am very tired and sluggish. This new program should help me get energy back.

Weird eating well when JJ was pigging out. Role reversal, for sure. When she's on a plan, she's really on a plan. But it felt good to be thoughtful about what I was eating and to not cave in. Control feels good. Thighs rubbing together does not. Just remember that in the face of movie popcorn, next time, k?

Later I need to go get what I need for THIS.
